Some friends recently watched the movie Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead. After watching it they went on a 30 day juice fast. I decided to watch the movie, and I have to say it is pretty inspiring. I like to think I take good care of my health.  I eat right, recently quit drinking coffee, jog 3 to 4 miles per day and feel pretty darn good most of the time. But after watching this movie, I decided to include making one cup of fresh juice every morning to my routine. I’ve been juicing every morning for a little over a month, and I have been feeling great!  My favorite juice recipe is 6 carrots, 1 apple, 1 leaf of green Kale, 1 Leaf of Red Kale and two handfuls of blueberries.
